根据欧洲标准EN12527和国家标准GB/T设计，以一个大圆盘为主动轮带动被测脚轮，圆盘加障碍物，可以进行“过障碍物试验”、“长距离行走寿命试验”、“负重试验”等测试，微电脑控制，可设置距离和障碍物不同运行模式，比如正传2分钟，停2分钟，再反转2分钟，停2分钟，或转3分钟，停1分钟，再继续。全微电脑程序控制，设置操作非常方面。实时显示行走时间，行走距离，可对旅行箱、溜冰鞋、办公家具轮、手推车及工业脚轮等轮子的测试。
